Your experience includes a Deluxe double bedroom and a full Welsh breakfast the following morning. If you choose to redeem your voucher during the months of November – March, Tuesday - Thursday then you will also enjoy a celebratory bottle of Champagne in your room on arrival.
This Voucher is valid for two people for 24 months from the day of purchase unless stated otherwise, but for security reasons cannot be redeemed within 72 hours of purchase. The Voucher can be redeemed at the hotel. The Voucher may not be exchanged for cash and is non-refundable. Each Voucher must be redeemed in full and no change will be given. On the day of your booking, please bring your Gift Voucher with you and present it on arrival to one of our team members that you wish to use it for payment. Advance bookings are necessary and are subject to availability. Cancellation of a booking has to be made before 12noon, 42 hours prior to the day of arrival or we will render the Voucher null & void. When booking please quote your voucher number so we can store it against your reservation. Any additional expenditure on your bill above the amount stated on this voucher must be paid in full on check out. All vouchers are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or goods and services other than as described. We are unable to extend the life of a gift voucher beyond the 24 months.
